Gas Safety Certificates
Landlords are legally required to ensure that any gas appliances (permanent and portable) have a safety check every year. Our team are gas safe registered engineers and ensure safety checks are carried out to comply with the legislation.

A Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 is a legal requirement and must be conducted by a gas-safe registered engineer. Landlords must keep a record of their gas safety checks for two years and issue a copy to each existing tenant within 28 days of the check being completed. A copy must be provided to each new tenant before they move in.

Our engineers will liaise with tenants to determine access to the property and provide a detailed report highlighting all observations. Certificates are usually issued within 24 hours and any remedial work, once agreed, will be scheduled within 48 hours to give you peace of mind.
